2. Office Operations Management
- Drive operational planning and budgeting, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Manage a range of administrative support functions such as preparation of reports and meeting notes, meeting
organization, and event logistics.
- Utilize data-driven insights to streamline administrative processes, enhancing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Responsible for the official Line business account, managing end-to-end content dissemination methods (text, videos, etc.), acquiring new users, and engaging with existing users.
3. Other Responsibilities
- Exceptional proficiency in office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) to create high quality presentation materials
- Flair for design applications to create event posters suitable for the business community is a plus point
- Support Director on planning and resource allocation matters.
- Collaborate on cross-functional projects, working with academic, admissions, and marketing teams to achieve holistic institutional objectives.
