Research and develop new products for the company using lab method for food quality; physical, chemical,biological and sensory
evaluation
- Control the experiments on all fruits, vegetables and coconut gel in the factory, such as coconut gel in syrup, roasted coconut
chips, fruit Jelly, rambutan in syrup, banana blossom in brine and other product
-Calculate product costs including raw materials, packaging, labor cost, gross profits that the company needs
-Control and plan the test run before the actual product is produced
-Prepare a document regarding the component and product specification for the production and quality control department
Communicate with suppliers to gain raw materials
-Improve damaging products with better quality as well as to reduce costs, but remain close to the original -Test new materials received from suppliers
-Test the sensory quality and shelf life of the products
- Experiment with process authority to appropriate product sterilization condition
- Prepare a document to production flow diagram of a new product and analyzed according to HACCP.
- Prepare label information and verify product label information to comply with legal regulations.
