 Creates and revises systems and procedures by analyzing operating practices, record-keeping systems, forms of control, and budgetary and personnel requirements; implementing change.
 Determine how and how employees work to achieve their goals.
 Track and evaluate performance against goals.
 Maintains work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; studying methods; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments.
 Maintains staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees; developing personal growth opportunities.
 Accomplishes manufacturing staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.

 Providing and performing with new model.
 Follow up and keep schedule of new model for prepare production all the time
 Monitoring the production process and adjusting schedule as needed.
Training and supervising product member in relation to tools, standards and methodologies.
 Control and manage project timeline and PPAP on time
 Able to reach company production KPI goal.
 Production and planning supervision, schedule for production, preparing production schedule of commercial products.
 Checking and fix report to Japanese manager.
 FIG fixture design base on process flow /requirement
 Kaizen all involve.
 Product packing design and related test verification.
 Handling paint processes and controlling standard method to ensure the paint line are working efficiently.
 Controlling product on time delivery and quality standards.
 Maintaining a healthy and safety work environment and working with manager/Supervisor and co-worker to mitigate and eliminate hazards that put follow employee’s risk.
 Observing all health and safety instructions (including wearing all prescribed PPE) at all time
