● Develop, manage and conduct usage of new models master plan (SAP Plan) for New models activities in order to achieve business goals and effectively support company commitment on customer requirements
● Create an effective plan to support customer special/urgent requirements for new program to ensure the highest customer satisfaction with products and maintain good relationship with customers
● Manage, control and monitor activities relate to verification / analysis of customer complaint that result from implementing of new models and follow up result with APQP teams until problem has been solved
● Control and monitor to other section for 4M concerning which New models activity each event with APQP teams
