- Contact old customers who did not have a chiller maintenance service contract and build a relationship, bring customers back, renew PM contract(Capture) and run the same service.
- Contact new customers who are not in the system. Which means the customer has a chiller that is not from trane sales.
- Make Quotation, Inspection, Preventive maintenance, Oil replacement, Re-gasket, Overhaul compressor, Overhaul-motor compressor, rewinding motor compressor, AFD retrofit, other spare parts related to Chiller.
- Prepare and review contract terms and conditions using standard Trane templates when applicable present the proposal to the customer.
- Submit report and discuss about sales progress direct to Manager every week.
