- Facilitator & Advisor of TPM & QCC activities
- Polyolefins plant process training (PP, PPC, HDPE, UHMWPE)
- Internal auditor : Examine and analyze internal records and documents.
- Prepare work instruction, technical data, plant documents etc.
- Risk assessments & Safety activities (PSSR, Safety committee etc.)

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Create new process for high efficiency and cost effectiveness.
- Analyze current process metrics and performance to identify production areas requiring quality improvements, cost reduction and increase capacity.
- Group leader of TPM & QCC activities
- Review designs and onsite commissioning, guide testing and training operators to achieve standard results.
- Maintain and update Man-Hour system and recommend improvements to product flow.
- Manage safety evaluations and implement corrective actions
