Provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, software, and hardware.

2.System Maintenance:
Maintain daily performance of computer systems.
Install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.
Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems
3.Network Support:
Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks (LAN), Wide Area Networks (WAN), and other systems.
4.Customer Interaction:
Interact with users/customers to understand and address their technical issues.
Follow up on-site to ensure the issue has been resolved.(Over 35 Site include Head Office)
5.IT Equipment Procurement:
Identify and compile a list of the required IT equipment, specifying quantity, specifications, and necessary features.
Prepare Purchase Requisitions.
Implement and enforce IT policies and procedures.
6.New Computer Installations:
Unbox and set up new computer systems, ensuring all components are accounted for.
