ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
1. Contact window with customer and supplier.
2. Cooperates with customer and supplier in accordance with quality concern.
3. Preparing 8D report for submit to customer and review 8D report of supplier and evaluate the effectiveness of problem.
4. APQP member for support New part, ECN and Process change to achieve customer target date.
5. Co-ordinate with INI, PRI and CAC (QA team) to design part evaluation points and measuring system.
6. Prepare the PPAP package for customer.
7. Review QRR internal and monitoring quality improvement.
8. Making decision for an unclear and suspected product and making decision for product disposition.
9. Handling supplier development and improvement.
10. Handle customer feedback.
11. Contact window with internal parties and external parties for raw material and finish good part quality problem.
12. Contact window with internal parties and external parties for raw material and finish good part change control.
13. Coordinate and support other concerned parties in order to achieve business objectives.
14. Maintaining awareness of the business context and company profitability including budget are control issues.
15. Supplier process audit both annual plan, quality problem issed and new part development.
16. Conducting technical assessments of supplier's quality system and work with supplier to improve quality.
17. Supervising supplier part evaluation method and system well control.
18. Establish Inspection point and Inspection instruction of New part for material & Production evaluation.
19. Monitoring customer and supplier performance and the continuous improvement process.
20. Keep tacking and implementing follows new part customer & supplier scheduling.
21. Part quality improvement both stage of new part and mass production. (Purchased from supplier)
22. Manage the change by controlling schedule and activities to ensure that the change is fit for its purpose and meets customer expectations.
23. Qualified supplier's inspectors and inspection method.
24. Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
25. Cooperate with customer audit.
26. IQA Audit and IEA Audit
27. Perform other duties of QA Engineer as requested by QA Sub-Supervisor, Supervisor & Asst. Manager.
28. Daily report to QA Sub-Supervisor, Supervisor & Asst. Manager.
29. Prepare QOS report and Management report.
30. Keep working rules and company rules.
31. Cooperate with internal parties for productivity up. T-ABC, T-KICK and NHK.
32. Cooperate with internal parties for quality improvement.
33. Cooperate with company and division rules.
34. Cooperate with company and division activities.
35. Cooperate with implement activities for cost reduction program.

4. แก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ เมื่องานเกิดปัญหา
5. วางแผนการผลิต
6. Pack ชิ้นงานส่งให้ลูกค้า
7. ติดต่อ supplier
8. ดูแลลูกค้า (customer claim-complaint, part shortage and audit)
