• 1st support LAN/WAN/SD-WAN/VOICE/EDC/Wireless (Cisco & Aruba) before escalate to owner or 2nd tier and 3rd tier for further investigation.
• Coordinate and control ISP such as TRUE TOT AIS under SLA for investigate problem.
• Coordinate and provide backup configuration/new configuration with onsite engineer.
• Coordinate with enduser for investigate problem.
• Create daily report to customer.

• Support check log & setting IP Phone on Cisco call manager CUCM.
