ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• To research and develop raw materials to develop paint quality, new product and setting method cost down project.
• Testing product properties with measuring instrument and analysis results for report to customers. Such as color shade harmony with BYK Mac and X-Lite and other properties of coating resistance (weathering / chemicals / hardness / gloss / flexibility etc.)
• To investigate and analyze paint problems and find solution to solve and protect.
• Cooperation with sales service for introduce products and technical service site team for go to trial products on line customer production.
• To manage and assign work test, product develop following schedule plan.
• Launching paint formula and set work instruction method to production department.
• Readiness formula and raw materials to make new products on first lot control including setting specification to Q.C. / follow up result of trial at customer process.
• Setting item specification of products and testing method for launch quality documents.
• Training product knowledge, source of problem and solving method to customer.

• Monitoring quality of paint products supplied in paint shop, to verify check list paint parameter ready to use for mass production. Update customer’s schedule plan to Sales dept for control materials stock to produced paint products.
• Taking to follow up painting operation each of process until final body color units, checking quality of paint parameter items follow to Q.C. and Q.A. checklist (color shade, thickness, hardness and other defects).
• To investigate and analysis the defects on body units and issued problems in painting process. Finding the way to solve problems by cooperating with customer’s staff and Technical Dept.
• Testing paint products at laboratory to improvement quality for find solution to solve problem. Making case study report for set to method to solve problem.
• R&D paint products for preventive problem, getting new color project for extend market share and cost reduction products. Taking any result of R&D projects to trial in customer’s line production.
• Support installation and validation for new robot machine concern with new painting process including trial and teaching robot to get target results. Collecting parameter data and result to simulating robot at laboratory
• To observe and checking paint quality at any dealers, recommend information cause of issue to customer, dealer and buyer.
• Training paint knowledge to customer’s staff for make understand in paint products and correct how to operation including cause of problems found at paint shop.
