Manage inventory (Stock) in accordance with other plans. Through the stock management program.
- Control receiving-disbursement, storage, counting of products and raw materials in the warehouse.
- Planning to manage the stock of products and raw materials according to the production plan and export plan.
- Control the coordination of product delivery to customers and related departments.
- Prepare daily and monthly stock reports, summarizing product and raw material balance at the end of the month.
Including disbursement that is correct and delivered to the person concerned.
- Monitor and supervised all areas related to the warehouse and raw materials to enter the system.
- Coordinate with relevant departments inside and outside the organization. In order to operate in all respects.
- Plan, arrange and store products neatly and efficiently.
- Responsible for managing the stock of products up to date.
- Responsible for managing the receiving-disbursement goods.
- Supervise and manage subordinates to comply with the organization's policy.
- Prepare a stock quantity control report to report to supervisors.
- Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
