1. Developing, Coordinate/maintain of PDI process and employee
a. Monitoring of actual procedures and activities to identify and implement opportunities for improvement of the PDI operation, through put /time ; ensure that the department is adequately staffed to achieve the target/requirements of MB objectives; inspector and technicians are aware of procedures for using new products and equipment; facilitate the orientation of new team members in collaboration with the other departments; supervisor by familiarizing them with work surroundings, explaining work hours, procedures, use of equipment and job expectations and ensure that new team members understand their respective duties; maintain good relationships with other teams; ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials in all PDI areas; facilitate the training and development of team members in the department, by providing feedback and coaching to support improvements in their job performance
2. Process, information, non- conformity information
a. Evaluate the impact of work delays, interruptions or changes in plan to develop appropriate actions; monitor workflow to anticipate impact of delays due to team member being absent for leaves, holiday or sickness; review process of job orders, inspection operation and quality output before release of vehicles; review/report KPI’s on regular basis to ensure that all actions to achieve targets are in place and Have been documented according to policies and procedures.
3. Leading/Coaching
a. Coordinate cross function and tasks of all staffs, show strengths and weakness of staffs, implement and enhance team spirit and motivation, Train staffs in process quality matters, set up targets, priorities and monitor them, guarantee of flow information on all important issues, asses staff performance.
