ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Set up and implement for ISO9001:2015
- Set up and implement for ISO14001:2015
- Plan to set up and implement for IATF16949:2016
- Responsible for the evaluation of the certification system. (Certification Body).
- Create ,Review and verify the quality Manual, Quality Procedure, WI, Form for the quality
management system and Environment system.
- Supervise the work requirements , policies, objectives, goals, plans and documents, regulations and practices and other documents. The quality management system. Efficient and effective.
- Leader of NPI (New Project Introducing) meeting for new model and set up master schedule and monitor for each customer
- Leader of KAIZEN activity and 5S management.
- Prepare and create PPAP document and checking document for new model approval
- Leader team for prepare “Process Flow Diagram , PFMEA , Control Plan , MSA and summary report for management review.
- Review PFMEA in case of customer complaint , information and internal defect issued.
- Control of measurement and calibration in-house and out side
- Control QC /QA for support current model (In-coming (IQC), In-process (IPQC) , out- going (OQC) , Q-Gate and dock audit )
- Handle a Quality improvement and quality problem analysis that issued by customer such as 8D report , Fish Bone , 5Why , Pareto graph etc.
- Prepare and maintain product quality documentation based on ISO specifications.
- Review customer requirement (CSR) such as DWG , Supplier Manual , product specification.
- Monitoring and control the ECN change (Change Control) of the customer by tracking document
- Joint assessment supplier for supplier development and set up supplier manual.
- Supplier audit control and improvement (for direct material and indirect material)
- Support customer Audit for all detail (system and process and product)

- SHE control for direct and indirect material . such as RoHS , REACH , MSDS , ICP data , Certificate and other standard for customer requirement
- Control safety officer and all of safety’s duty for send document to government refer Thai legal .
- Safety manager  management for safety activity , CCCF activity and safety week , 5S , Kaizen.
- Training system control and activity system control
- Deputy for support HR section of contract to district government and IEAT
- CSR for HR such as energy saving , Thai legal laber , ethic , happy work place etc.
