Accounting Support:
Manage internal filing system. Updating & maintaining all documentation including manuals, processes & procedures and check lists.
Handle purchase order, invoice, and any related account documents.
Input withholding tax (PND.3,53) and VAT (PP 30 ) in excel file.
Prepare documentation for collection.
Be contact point for billing/invoice delivery and complete billing list.

Receptionist:
Welcome guests and customers to the meeting rooms.
Answer telephone calls, receiving and distributing calls to related staff.
Maintain workplace security by issuing and collecting badges and maintain visitor logs
Distribute post and various correspondences to appropriate departments
