ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Monitor Daily processes and progress of shipments and projects.
• Maintain data log (ERP) extracted from daily emails including shipment progress and all shipping documents.
• Prepare documents for each shipment and distribute to clients and/or agents as needed.
• Maintain and update filing system for projects and office files.
• Generate sale leads and contact new clients.
• On-site supervisor at load-in and out for performances both domestic and abroad.
• 20-40% Travel.

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Grow sales
• Stock Control and monitoring.
• Contact Suppliers for pricing and purchase order fulfillment.
• Prepare, issue, track and files shipping documents for all shipments both Sea & Air
• Monitor all shipment progress.
• Co-ordinate between suppliers and Forwarder regarding shipping document for both L/C term & T/T terms
• Provide customers with efficient and profitable high-quality services while ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.
• Work with sales to develop action plans and improve performance
