First analyze a defective product and make the analysis report.
Set up a meeting with supplier. Update and report to customer regarding to action plan and countermeasure report.
Visit supplier and customer both domestic and oversea.
Involve and share idea of the quality perspective to develop a new product with product development team together.
Prepare the service scheme for new model such as service manual, service part list and etc.
Prepare quality document is concerned to the product quality (such as WI, technical guide material or etc.)
Forecast service part to support In-Out product warranty in each product.
Issue quotation, PO, and sale invoice.
Arrange and delivery service part to OEM customer and Distributor both domestic and oversea.
Inventory control, Stock reconcile and Yearly Part Scrap.
Summarize the purchase order and sale order reports to manager by monthly.
Summarize both weekly and monthly product quality issue reports to manager.
