As IT Account Manager, my role is to foster and extend the relationship with existing customers in close collaboration with the Key Account Manager based on joint retention, growth and account development targets. As a global role, I was in charge of all generic Customer Service processes and procedures were formalized, documented and duly followed to meet customer and/or markets demands. As a Business Analyst, among my duties I needed to identify, evaluate and design customized solutions that met business user requirements using a strong analysis and functional expertise. I worked closely with customers and cross-function teams to understand business needs and IT development to provide automated applications for the travel agencies in APAC using Amadeus GDS system. I analyzed customer processes and products/systems to define solutions and recommendations. I led customer functional workshops and served as the mediator between customers (travel agencies) and Amadeus development teams during specification, testing and implementation processes.
