ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Maintain the project overview, project specification, owner’s site regulation, project schedule, work quantities and project execution.
- Clarify with Vendor and Sub-contractor for scope of work and supply, bid-tabulation, cost negotiation before purchasing order.
- Execute the work effectively, monitoring construction schedule, Manpower plan & Equipment mobilization plan, schedule combine between engineering, procurement and construction.
- Motivate teamwork in order to keep target, control and lookahead schedule by 3 months.
- Check and maintain interfacing works between departments to prevent the interrupted issue.
- Progress measurement for construction work, Report to management and customer (weekly& monthly report).
- Cost control, Approve progress payment, Recheck work BOQ follow as method of measurement, Clarify and record change work order.
- Control work qualities to comply with project specification or company standard.
- Safety leadership.
