ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Control manpower, machinery, equipment and solve their problems in line production of formaldehyde, glue and plasticizer according to standard ISO (9001, 14001, 45001 and GMP).

• Prepare ISO document 9001, 14001, 45001 and GMP.

• Leader coordinate with concerned parties and related persons in co-developing and improvement line production to improve the production process, product quality, cost and energy saving.

• Collect data required of main equipment and calculate performance to prepare performance reports and make improvements / modifications to reduce risk that affect process accident (break down).

• Coordinate with contractor / supplier in supporting and providing chemical machine, instrument, Spare parts and sub -raw material (catalyst) to improve the production process.

• Site survey according to P&ID and use auto cad 2D to update or write drawing new P&ID for the production process.

• Design primary specification of equipment for example orifice plate, control valve, safety valve and other to be able to estimate suitable specification for installation in process.

• Prepare specification sheet of equipment and instrument in line production by verify information on site.

• Control production of formaldehyde, glue and plasticizer according to production planning.

Work Achievement

• Repairing and improvement chemical machine or equipment which it has working life > 30 years able to normally
operate and prepare spare parts and find new technology is suitable for line production.

• Able to control production, learning and preparing information about production process by starting from the ground
up without mentor or work instructor.

• Lay the foundation standard System both ISO standard and WI of production.

• Participate in make many projects to reduce raw material cost (Methanol), steam and reduce step working of operator.

• Control manpower, machinery, equipment and solve their problems in line production of glycerol according to standard ISO (9001, 14001, GMP&HACCP, Halal, KOSHER and FSSC22000).

• Control production of glycerol (99.7%wt.) according to production planning (100 tons per day).

• Design primary specification of equipment for example orifice plate, control valve, safety valve and other to be able to estimate suitable specification for installation in distillation process.

• Coordinate with quality control (QC) and R&D in co-developing and improvement quality of glycerol.

• Prepare improvement project for increase capacity & quality glycerol and energy saving.

Work Achievement

• Participate with QC and R&D section in improvement “change acid use for separate crude glycerol with fatty acid”
which it able to increase separate performance and reduce time of tube blockage in distillation process from 15 day to
28 day.

• Repair and improvement chemical machine, equipment and instrument of glycerol plant 1 that it be stopped running
production > 3 years return to distillate glycerol again.

• Prepare and write All new P&ID of glycerol plant 1 for support production process.
