- Responsible for implemention ,integration ,and technical support for network solution.
- Identify and solve special causes of problems.
- Configuration and Troubleshooting of Router Cisco, Mikrotik RouterOS, Huawei GPON
- Configuration Switch Layer 2 (Cisco, Mikrotik, Other).
- Perform both on-site and remote intervention
- Technical consulting for the customer and on-call support for network issues.
- Responsible for site survey , Design and installed IPPBX System, Network
- Monitoring network on MSAN Huawei MA5680T, MA5616, Mikrotik and Monitor Traffic on Cacti.
- Experience in network management system tool such as MRTG, Cacti, Huawei imanager U2000
