- Annual audit of suppliers / plots and subcontractors according to GMP, HACCP, FSSC22000.
Controls and verifies CP, CCP, PRP, OPRP in the production process.
-Prepare document standard GMP,HACCP, Iso22000-1,Fssc22000.
-Internal and External Audit.

-Prepare standard of product in accordance with the laws, Thailand and EU.

(Work of Quality Control)
-Check quality fresh fruits and product from japan imported by Sea and Air.
- Summary report (English) sent email to supplier in japan every shipment.
- Going to check quality product in Singapore and Hongkong.
-Summary data and present half and end year.
- prepare product spec on shop and
- Training standard of product to staff pc on shop(siam paragon, Donkki mall, Isetan and etc.)
- Corrective action of Non conformity report to customer.
-visit customer for check quality product.
-Coordinate sales department and Manager for discussion and summary the problem of product and report.
(Work of Production Planing and Control)
- Prepare process flow chart.
- Evaluate employee performance.
- Prepare the product standard according to the legal requirements of the destination country.
Supervise the prevention and disposal of animal vectors in the factory.
- Coordinate with various departments to co-ordinate with GMP, HACCP & FSSC22000.
- Create internal and external communication documents.
- Check and Approve product release at Suvarnabhumi Airport
- Quality control of fresh fruits and vegetables for export.
- Knowledge workers, production staff, factory standard GMP & HACCP and FSSC22000.
- Shelf life of the products to meet the requirements of GMP, HACCP and FSSC22000 standards.
