To control and manage High privilege User ID following system function.
Gather and clarifying requirement from user request follow IT process.
Providing possibilities of the solutions/options on the user requests to end user following ISMS Policy.
Co-ordinate between end user and IT backend support team to implementation and solved on user request.
Register, check, record, scan and submit for approval of Change management.
Manage of day-to-day software licensing and the periodic reporting.
Assist support the start-up of new operation project.
Validate and providing support in the forms of access rights to information system documentation e.g. IT Package, User Function, IMAC, Change management, User Remote Access.
Coordinate with internal/external auditor within user profile for IT operation and Change management. Provide documentation for supporting ISO audit.
Tracking and evaluate an individual and team performances and controlling work process to achieve KPI. Monthly KPI report to management.
Continuously review existing process, operational issues, and suggest improvements for UAM team.
