I'm promoted from IP Network Engineer position.

Project Manager work:
- Work with Business Development team, Engineering teams and Management all project requirements.
- Create solutions to business problems through the design and programming of automated systems and custom reports.
- Ability to interpret and convert end user requirements to specifications in a wide range of systems to achieve the desired business results.
- Develop professional relationships with internal customers and establish effective solutions to meet business requirements and provide regular feedback.
- Determine and analyze various processes and implement changes for improvement.
- Design user interaction from low-fidelity sketches to hi-fidelity pixel perfect mockups/development ready artifacts. (UX/UI Designer Task)
- Build and maintain a library of design assets, using design systems approach.
- Collaborate very well with other team members and stakeholders in helping & sharing knowledge and experience with them, and also learn from them
- Planning and controlling of resources, budget and payment in the project.
- Risk management, planning and controlling in the project.
- Reporting the progress and status to relevant person periodically.

Administrative work:
- Responsible for all secretarial functions supporting Chief Executive Officer.
- Supporting HR activities in order to employee relations.
- Handle phone calls, mails, fax and e-mails, and respond routine inquiries and information requests.
- Account on website such as https://www.thaisatglobal.com and https://www.wifi-first.co.th
- Coordinating with internal and external parties in order to support and drive company growth.
- Communicate and deal with suppliers regarding office repair and maintenance.
- Prepare documents and involves in all activities of the management level including work that are sensitive and highly confidential.
- Coordinate high level contacts of complex and confidential nature, organizing meetings, maintaining and arranging appropriate scheduling.
- Create and Maintain an appropriate filing system.
- Opening internet service for client.
- Check the accuracy of company income by compare bank transaction with monthly sales record.
- Monthly OKRs ( Controlling OPEX.

IP Network Engineer work:
- Analyze and monitor network activity to ensure optimal network operation.
- Perform analysis of network efficiency, traffic routing and troubleshoot system failures.
- Identify and implement equipment and solutions for creating and supporting IP networks for a variety of environments that require the use of wired and wireless transmission technologies.
- Install, configure, maintain, and support network equipment and network operating systems (e.g., routers, bridges, servers, switches, and/or port connectors).
- Work closely with related departments and partners to deliver high quality and reliable network performance.
- Purchasing and find new vendor for hardware or device to support networking or engineering work. (Ability to bargain).
