Lead the outbound supply chain and ensure the goods are delivered on time in full, according to the law and regulations with an effective and efficient manner - Develop the transport strategy for customer products fleet as to serve the needs of present and future distribution requirements of company distribution network - Collaborate with Sale team, CS and Planning team for smooth operation - Keep track of quality, quantity, transport management, times, costs as efficiency - Understands the customer’s culture, relationship with customer, level of satisfaction and manages a team to align with each customer’s requirements - Implements ISO, OHSAS standards and maintains quality services of land marine and warehouse operation

ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Planning, improvement, and operation of bagging Warehouse and transportation logistics 1,500,000 Ton/Year to meet domestic and export customers.  Set up budget and budgeting control 400 Million baths.  Production planning and detailed scheduling, packaging scheduling, loading and shipping scheduling, inventory control and management - Improvement bagging process capacity and performance. - Manage and control maintenance performance of bagging and warehouse equipment. - Implement ideas for cost reduction measures and implementation of changes within warehouse operations to saving cost 250 MB/Year. - Sourcing and development performance of truck carrier to full fill customer satisfaction - Monitor KPI of 3rd party logistics service providers - Develop an inventory plan to be effectively balanced, leading product lead times, and inventory turn rates - Lead warehousing Bagging and transportation operations teams - Implement and Improvement operation standard of ISO 9000, ISO1400, OHSAS 18000, TQM ,5S, TPM, Deming Price
