Responsibilities:

Technical Pre-Sales Support:
- Present technical information and solutions to customers.
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations.
- Answer technical questions and provide recommendations to customers and the sales team.

Customer Needs Analysis:
- Collaborate with customers to analyze and understand their requirements.
- Propose solutions that align with customer needs.
Solution Design and Development:
- Work with the development team to design and customize solutions to meet customer requirements.
- Prepare technical documentation and solution specifications.
Consultation and Training:
- Conduct training sessions and provide consultation to customers on product usage.
- Support testing and implementation of solutions.

Job Description:

Technical Sales Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with the sales team to provide technical expertise and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Support sales efforts by presenting products and solutions that align with customers' business requirements.
- Manage sales, acquire new customers, and maintain relationships with existing customers.
- Achieve sales of more than 1M+ per quarter.

System Design & Implementation:

- Design and develop IT infrastructure systems that meet customer requirements, including selecting appropriate technologies.
- Create system design documentation and implementation plans to guide operational teams effectively.
- Execute system installation, configuration, and customization, troubleshooting issues to ensure optimal system performance.

Product Responsibilities:

Huawei (Storage):
- Project Implementation
- MA Service 24x7x4
- Preventive Maintenance
- Huawei Hi-care

Other Products:
-NetApp MA Service

Project Management:

- Oversee and manage projects to ensure they meet objectives and are completed on time.
- Work closely with teams and customers to assess needs, define project scope, and develop clear action plans.

Additional Duties:

- Support other teams as assigned.
- Continuously update and improve technical skills to stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
