OEM for Travel Plugs and Adaptors , plastics housing components for Electrical appliances /RFID/Medical/Food products by manufacturing processes ( Plastic injection , printing , assembling) ISO 9001;2008 & GMP
Job Duties / Achievements:
• Establish up Company Quality Program and be responsible for QMR role oversee quality standard for the factory.
• Direct report to MD (German) for all activiies related to the quality matters.
• Lead the internal audit and external audit which including quality programs , social accountability , security or safety related.
• Lead and manage QA/QC Team and Operation Team to prevent wastage and to maintain high quality standards.
• Drive and coach the quality team members including 3 engineers 1 supervisor and 12 inspectors , motivate , delegate and promote them in order to make the efficiency team value.
• Follow closely on production schedules, to arrange quality audit work to meet customers order shipment dates.
• Deal with supplier' QC and internal production management team and to ensure good quality materials and products.
• Work closely with Operation Manager on setting operations targets and the implementation of Quality procedures and regulations.
• Develop and maintain the QA resources (manpower/ tool ) for all projects and design the adequate testing equipment to conform the customer requirement and product regulation basis.
• Work as a Project coordinator for new product introduction, assess risks and impacts in the project deliverables.
• Lead in 8D Report for the customer complaints and manage to achieve the KPI target.
• Lead in Continuous Improvement projects.
• Lead and manage the annual supplier evaluations.
• Lead in Supplier audits for potential suppliers.
• Lead in perform pre-qualification the new product introduction.
• Participate the daily/monthly management meeting , cooperate meeting and customer meeting via video conference or direct communication.
