- Ensure that the HSE policy is cascaded down to subordinates and contractor. Improve safety awareness among staff and contractors.

- Review Crane Preventive Maintenance Program to align with API RP 2D, 7th Edition and OEM recommendation
- Witness Generator CUMMINS Engine Strip down, Identify Root Cause and Corrective Action.
- Co-ordinate with Field for Oil Analysis Result and Follow up Recommendation
- Review Cummins Top Overhaul and Crane Engine Spare parts and recommend Min, Max

- Led team to resolve all Technical Query (TQ) received from contractor (CUEL) by providing engineering recommendation to improve reliability and safety of mechanical and process equipment, e.g. crane, process piping, SS tubing, diverter valve, safety valve, pressure vessel, launcher, receiver, separator in Major Project Group (Well Head Platform Design and Construction)
• Implemented design change by analyzing root cause resulting in improving gas lift system material from corroded SS Tubing to be CS hard pipe from Phase 43 onwards.
