ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• The representative of Syngenta to sit in TAITA working group and work on advocate and approach to the high levels in Department of agriculture to introduce the standard guide and simplify any points which support Freedom to Operate and Key Regulatory Process of crop protection products
• Team management on all registration tasks such as source adding/changing/name changing, New Product Introduction registration, Label Extension and etc.
• The representative of Syngenta to sit in CropLife Asia working group and work on advocate and approach to national meetings which related to national chemical management strategy
• Strategic planning and solution provider for any proactive actions and activities to support Freedom to Operate
• Stakeholder management (Farmers, Researchers, Experts, Regulatory and Medical doctors/community)

• Product Safe Use Training to Syngenta staffs and other Partners's staffs such as Zagro Thailand Ltd, Sahaikaset, BAKA, Chia Tai, Global Crop, Globalist and Crop Protection.

• Conduct Safe Use Training to Federation Safety Agricultural
(FSA)members, Cane association members, Round Table
Sustainable PalmOil (RSPO) groups, Syngenta Contracted
Farmers and some local health care Centers
• Conduct Train the Trainer (ToT) with international NGOs; by arranged “Bee Responsible Use training” with TAG and developed/trained on “Agro Input Retailers Training Program” with IFDC in Myanmar
• Product License to Operate (LTO) is also in account for all company’s products
• Experienced on organizing the academic conferences (as the
coordinator) with various stakeholders including; Medical Training with Ramathibhodi Poison Center, Thailand, Paraquat Technical Seminar with Thailand Weed Science Society (WSST), Toxicology Academic Conference with Thai Toxicology Association
• Representative speaker of TCPA for Retailer Training of Department of Agriculture on the topic “Agrochemical Management’s FAO Code of Conduct and Responsible Use”
• Stakeholders management; various stakeholders including; Farmers, Medical doctors, Researchers/Lecturer, Authorities (Department of Agriculture officers and Ministry of Health officers, IPCS, NGOs and various Thailand agriculture-related associations)
• Lead team on internal project such as Label compliance project,
Frontline Training Project, Paraquat Safety in Use Workshop and Spray Service provider
• Joining and sharing ideas in many international workshops such as CropLife Asia international workshop on Regulatory, CropLife Asia international workshop on Stewardship, CropLife Asia international workshop on Train the Trainer program, APAC Stewardship workshop, APAC HSE workshop and Syngenta Master Trainer Workshop
• Experienced on the online reporting system “EtQ Reliance”
