- Design tap water plant system
- Select materials, equipment and control system, including contact the suppliers
- Plan installation of tap water plant system
- Manage the set up of water analysis room (lab)
- Plan manpower for system installation and operation for tap water plant system
- Plan the project construction period.
- Prepare technical documents to obtain all related permits with government
- Co-ordinate with other related departments
