Monitor and report profit and loss of factory to CEO. Analysis and improving all business units to ensure that manufacturing costs meet company target. Managing 650-700 manpower/shift to support very high swing order. To be ensure that production lines are ready for production under IATF 16949 system. Make sure that all parts and production must be transacted under ERP system in order to control variance amount in process. Coordinate with concern departments to control min-max stock of materials and goods. Review and improve department KPI. Coordinate efforts of department in manufacturing of quality products at maximum productivity with minimum costs. Involve in all aspects of work in achieving department goals and objectives. Monitor of daily attendance and working time activities. Job planning and line loading in order to maintain production flow and production commitment. Reporting all concerned section to acknowledge job and production status. Ensuring company regulation and safety
requirement are adhered to by all employees.
