ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Support team end to end supply chain operation from import, warehousing/Inventory, order to case and distribution.
- Monitor shipment and coordinate with freight forwarder for booking confirmation and make sure on -time delivery.
- To prepare shipping document required for submission to customs and FDA before shipment arrival.
- To check data related to goods receipt of inbound shipment & repacking materials and record in-transit damage shipment.
- Assist the team regarding Order redress materials, PO processing, Coordinate and follow up delivery with suppliers and 3 ways matching.
- Performs daily processing of sales order transaction in the system - Day-to-day issues resolution including stock reconciliation and system interface.
- To prepare Day Cover Report (i.e. stock on hand, stock in transit) by weekly.
- Monitor and update the target On-Time-In-Full KPI report by weekly
- Verify billing custom clearance expense, service charges from 3PL/LPS and warehouse charges.

Responsible for overall in 'Vault Project' and purpose of this role is developing and maintaining the overall Vault Structure and governance on Vault uploads and vault system access.
- Solved backlog pending issue and monitor operation process to be flow.
- Coordinate with internal and external for improvement project. - Had responsibility to drive team to hit target.
- For any data missing or no records, Works on root cause analysis (RCA)and preventive plan.
- Update and prepare monthly report for compare the shipment status report and customs download with Vault report to check that all shipment have documents retained timely.
- Supported internal team to complete data.
