- Consultant to the riders that need help both offline and online
- Handle end to end recruitment activity including sourcing and screening of candidates
- Handle drivers’ complaints in an effective and productive manner
- Collaborate with different teams in resolving drivers’ queries and complaints
- Provide an updated report on the problem that each individual rider faces
to the manager.
- Manage inventory of equipment i.e., helmet, jacket, bags
- Send all riders’ equipment to each provincial HUB throughout Thailand.
- Interface with suppliers on device use by the riders.
- Send monthly shipment plan to the suppliers.
- Organise promotion to the riders, i.e., student’s rider, new rider, or during festive season.
- Visit foodpanda branches in other provinces to help solve internal problems
and study the working system
- Organise and plan awareness in schools in order to expand company reach,
giving out vouchers
- Design public media on Line Official Account pandariderTH.
- Organise a mini fair to the naval in Chonburi province to raise awareness for
job opportunity at foodpanda.
