ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- Look for good and appropriate location to open new shop
- Contact landlord or retails leasing team about rental issue, M&E requirement and contract
- Coordinate with designer for shop layout and drawing
- Arrange bidding for construction
- Visit construction site for inspection
- Analyze and monitor marketing trend and competitor’s movement
- Coordinate with landlord marketing team for marketing campaign
- Update information or new promotion and reply customer complain in Facebook page
- Coordinate with Foodpanda, Grab food, Lineman and GET food
- Handle all related issue about shop, construction and marketing
- Submit weekly report to HQ at Japan
- Look for new staff in case urgent requirement

- Visit customer to keep a good relationship
