ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
• Set up process about new model and ECN, “Metallurgy parts” (Die Stamping)
1. Specify details for mold making and purchase meetings with relevant parties and supplier about (Quality, Cost, and Delivery).
2. Trial mold with supplier and troubleshooting for problem points.
3. Parts Evaluation and inspection parts before mass production.
4. Document Evaluation from supplier such as Control plan, WI, Parameter, IPQC, OQC, etc. for parts approve.
• Control Quality of Supplier
5. Analysis defect and make countermeasure for preventive defect.
6. Improvement process and control quality of supplier. (Control PPM Target)
7. Control 4M1E/Parts Investigation.
8. Monitor result for any quality issue.
• Other assignment
9. Safety&5S management in working field.
10. Other Engineering Documentation and assignments from manager.
