- Optimization radio network for GSM, UMTS and LTE.
- Analyze cluster network ZTE to NOKIA and monitor KPI follow requirement customer.
- Monitor statistics OSS for tuning follow requirement customer.
- Troubleshooting and Analysis of traffic and performance statistics to resolve Call Drop,
Call set-up failure, Poor coverage, Handover Failures, Pilot Pollution, Interference, Missing neighbors, Congestion, recommendations to improve KPIs.
- Coordinate RF engineer and monitoring drive test engineer.

- Optimization 3G,4G network and monitor KPI follow requirement customer.
- Troubleshooting and Analysis of traffic and performance statistics to resolve Call Drop,
Call set-up failure, Poor coverage, Handover Failures, Pilot Pollution, Interference, Missing neighbors, Congestion, recommendations to improve KPIs. (Parameter Modifications and Physical Adjustments)
- Parameter tuning Network optimization (parameter changes)
- Daily KPI report and analyze problem from worst cell list report per day and propose solution.
- KPIs trend monitoring hourly/daily by cell and cluster basis (GSM, UMTS and LTE).
- Monitor KPI performance after change parameter.
- Supporting Drive Test Analysis (DTA), Cluster tuning and Acceptance report.
