 Drive test analysis and Optimization (Cluster & SSO) 3G (U850,2100) UMTS, 4G LTE (900,1800,2100)
 Support costumer complaint.
 Adjust parameter for support DT Engineer.
 Optimize coverage,capacity and quality.
 Monitor KPIs by Program PRS.
 Update KPIs weekly by Program TIBCO
