My responsibilities are:
1. Present products and train new technologies and make trial report to customers.
2. Visit new customers together with team to give support regarding plating product knowledge such as Chrome plating, Nickel plating, electronics copper plating etc.
3. Provide after sale service by arranging regular customers visit to check the smooth run of their production line and consult where needed (Lab Application, Defect analysis and Trial run).
4. Provide documents to support customers for line trial such as chemical makeup, titration process, line set up manual, test run and other supports.
5. Presenting new products and new technologies such as sales team.
6. Provided visit report of customer’s production line to the customers after visited.
7. Deal with customer complaints, finding solutions and suggest improvement.
8. Support key customers.
9. Manage, controls, coaching both technical and lab staff to achieve the KPI.

My responsibilities are:
Technical Service Function;
1. Present new products and train new technologies to customers.
2. Visit new customers together with sales team to give support regarding product knowledge and pretreatment process such as Phosphate coating, Chrome coating, Non-Chrome coating, Paint coating etc.
3. Provide after sale service by arranging regular customers visit to check the smooth run of their production line, arrange & supply reagent chemicals and consult where needed (Lab Application and Trial run).
4. Provide documents to support customers for line trial such as chemical makeup, titration process, line set up manual, test run and other technical supports.
5. Presenting new products and new technologies along side with sales team.
6. Provided monthly report of customer’s production line to the customers after visited.
7. Deal with customer complaints, finding solutions and suggest improvement.
8. Support key customers (Automotive Business)

My responsibilities are:
SEA Lab Supervisor Function;
1. Develop and improve the chemicals formula for localize in Thailand.
2. Find out root cause when product has a problem.
3. Run necessary chemical test to find areas of improvement in each of our product upon request and come up with suggestions.
4. Support sale team by running test on customer’s product in order to offer suitable chemicals to the customers. The support is included setting up trial run on various chemicals
5. Application test for SEA Technical Service.
6. Evaluate and Assign the work for Lab chemist.
7. KPI Setting for Lab chemist.
8. Arrange report of the developed chemicals and present to management team to review.
9. Prepare monthly summary report to management team.
10. In charge of the laboratory, maintain and look after tools and machines to work well for work efficiency and company benefits.
