• Project Kick-Off Meeting.

• Take-off Material, Tool equipment, Consumable for Installation work.
• Prepare mobilization, demobilization manpower plan.
• Prepare schedule plan.
• Preparing execution plan and coordination with procurement.
• Manage resources utilization including materials, tools, equipment, Subcontractor and vendor.
• Prepare piping material specification, datasheet, schedule, co-ordinate and Monitor the assigned engineering projects.
• Inspection of construction materials, tools, equipment.
• Inspection material and issue report.
• Knowledge basic codes and standard of ASME B31.3, ASME B31.1 and ASME A13.1
• Knowledge basic codes and standard of NFPA10,NFPA13.
• Knowledge of quality control documentation, practices and procedures.
• Knowledge basic non-destructive-testing.
• Site survey before start installation of piping system work.
• Inspection fabrication work and Field Installation work.
• Prepare Lifting Plan.
• Prepare piping packages test.
• Monitoring progress.
• Prepare operation manual document.
