Development PLC.)
• Responsible for residence sales and marketing
• Present residence villa & Consultancy to customers and investors for sales to update market opportunities and property values
• Monitor Business development department at Baba Beach Club Natai and support team (PR&Graphic, Hotel Sales, Event Sales, DJ and SEM)
• Communicating and follow up with prospective customers
• Support and coordinate Property agency inbound and outbound
• Support Hotel operation and management team (MOD, Business Plan, Operation Plan and P&L)
• Take care VIP guests visit property
• Organize Party called “Baba Loop” as a hotel event following Hotel concept
• Contact performance and show for festive. Ex. Chrismas and New Year etc
• Contact and arrange set up for VDO and photos shooting include Drone
• Organize and support for “Circoloco” world music festival from Ibiza, Spain
• Support FO when check-in or check-out, FB on breakfast and event up on request

• Manage, supervise and train to improve the performance of the entire sales and marketing team within projects to deliver high-quality output reflected through excellent project performance
• Manage and implement project sales, marketing and promotional activities and strategies for new project launches, events and exhibitions
• Provides research and consultancy efforts to developers before finalizing to Development order
• Creative for sales and marketing strategies
• Motivate and supported their agents for sales
• Project competitor survey
• Project inspection and comment before launching
• Meeting and pitching new projects for exclusive agent
