14.Follow up problem my responsible item of production process for solving, maintain, and improve for the better quality.
15.Follow up product after selling to customer, and after customer use.
16.Analyze the problem of product founded at after customer use, and support to find the root cause, improvement and setting countermeasure to get the best of quality condition.
17.Calibration and control of small measuring equipment (Micro meter and Vernier caliper).
18.Defect grade down summary and cooperate inform to production section.
19.ISO document center and control.

1.Coordinate with customer in new product that customer need to development.
2.Receive information and drawing in new product from customer.
3.Coordinate with specification team to give information and drawing in new product to specification team to create the specification in new product.
4.Coordinate with customer to check and confirm the specification in new product.
5.Give specification in new product to BOM team to estimate the price of the new product and contribution fee of tooling for new product.
6.Coordinate to customer service team to send the contribution fee of tooling and price of new product to customer confirm the price.
7.Set up to make all tooling for produce the new product.
8.Coordinator with vendor to order the accessory for the new product (sticker, fin, footpad and other).
9.Coordinator with production team to produce the sample product for customer in lead time.
10.Responsible customer when come to company for approve the new product.
11.Resolve all comment from customer in new product before direct to mass production.
12.Coordinate all departments for release the new product direct to mass production.
13.Monitor and solve the problem when new product direct to mass production.
14.Coordinate with customer in other topic that customer need to development.
