- Monitor the network system, configure Cisco switches, configure Access Points.
- Inspect and resolve issues when the company laptop encounters problems, laptop as freezing, camera not working, software issues or laptop speakers & microphone not working.
- Inspect and resolve issues when the Door Access & CCTV have problems, incorrect CCTV time, Door Access Control freezing, Setting Door Access Control.
- Manage Active Directory and company email when issues arise, such as creating email accounts for new employees, resetting email passwords when users forget, and setting up AD for new employees.
- Report tickets for resolved issues.
