-Prepare and deliver samples of products to customers both at home and abroad.
- Prepare BOI documents for requesting positions , Documents required for Non Immigrant category B and Foreign Workers Providing about BOI
-Renewal For Passport, Visa, Work Permit ,Re entry , Alien to notify of staying Longer Than 90 Days and other documents of foreign employees.
- Prepare company documents Preparation of documents for renewal of the company's official book
- Maintain executive schedules, including appointments, meetings ,private and other tasks as assigned
-Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
-Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
-Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
-Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
