QA
□ Control overall quality assurance of electric motors product.
□ Established quality standards to be followed strictly.
□ Prepare in-coming, in-process and out-going quality assurance plan.
□ Coordinate with internal department for the yearly goals to achieve quality objectives&targets of company's KPI.
□ Manage manpower's skill to ensure processes are done by correct operation.
□ Improve manufacturing process to ensure higher quality goods,reduce waste and increase efficiency.
□ Support quality inspectors conducting quality control and assurance.
□ Coordinate with other department when quality issue is highlighted.
□ Prepare plan of measuring instruments for calibration.
□ Prepare and provide 8D report to customer.
□ Conference call with foreign customer about quality by weekly basis.
QMR
□ In-depth understanding of ISO 9001.
□ Established a company's quality manual.
□ Established company's quality procedures.
□ Coordinate with internal team auditors to conduct internal audit.
□ Leader of internal audit for ISO 9001:2015 certificate requesting.
□ Organize quality management meetings with department heads to determine the best way to run each department.
□ Monitored each department to ensure the adherence to ISO 9001 requirements.
□ Provide reports on how the system can be improved.
□ Implement quality management system (QMS) into all departments and ensure its ongoing efficiency.
□ Filed updated and maintained all paperwork related to ISO Management.

□ Control the quality of product in order to achieve the quality target.
□ Analyzing root cause for the problem found in process.
□ Improve process for increasing product's quality and efficiency.
□ Develop inspection process to get more efficiency to detect the quality issue found in process.
□ Coordinate with other team member to control special parameter for evaluation lot.
