- Offer after-sales support services, logging and following up on customer complaints, solving customers’ problems.
- Visit and offer product for customer weekly / monthly.
- Search for new customers and prepare report sales for old and new customers.
- Present new project and suggesting promotion plan with manager and marketing department.
- Visit customer weekly / monthly and explain the problem and the impact.
- Coordinate between customer and customer service.
Other assignment.
- Handle sales and marketing activity to meet customer inquiries.
- Ensure customer satisfaction after service or goods delivery.
