 Supporting External Audit from third party or customer
 Leading for complaint system, logging all complaints received, investigation conducted, corrective/ preventive actions taken with good progress, effectively and within time flame
 Assisting in preparation of QMS and KPI monthly report
 Assistant to ensure action of Corrective/ Preventive actions taken with good progress, effectively and within time flame and follow up every month to team.
 Leading training GMP all department.
 Internal Quality Auditor
