Oversee, develop and manage all 29 Avis Thailand branches in order to work efficiently, create sales, to maximise the growth and profitability of the location through a focus on the management and maintain the standard of service in order for customers to be most satisfied by reporting directly to the Director of Operations and CEO.
1) Achieve and/or exceed financial targets as related to branch revenue growth and profitability.
2) Work within the branch and the corporate branch network to maximise sales revenue and vehicle utilisation within set parameters and guidelines at the branch and group level.
3) Staff training and development: Train, mentor and develop skills with team members. Set KPI'S for the team in line with the business objectives, review them periodically and performance manage them to deliver outstanding results.
4) Conduct team meetings to ensure team members are provided with applicable Company information, understand the weekly performance of the Branch, have the opportunity to discuss issues, provide input to improve processes, share successes and information etc.
5) Maintain and/or exceed minimum standards of customer service while continuing to enhance the services offered to encourage return of business.
6) Maintain high standards of vehicle presentation and safety.
