-Verify the daily reports and daily requests from site works then delivers the documents to the consultant.
-Breakdown the construction and architecture plans to estimate the cost to set the budget, assign the work and do the cross checking.
-Issuing the Extension of Time (EoT) documents.
-Making the monthly progress to find the allowance by doing on-site estimation.
-Issuing the Colour Progress documents.(presenting the monthly progress by pictures)
-Making the Forecast Progress.
-Do the cost estimation of the invoice from the Sub-Contractor.

- Manage the construction plans to control construction time to correspond with the master plan.
- Estimate materials for the purchase requirement.
- Did the documents for the work permit and other requests including the payment of sub-contractors.
- Check some basic RC-design when changing shop drawing.
- Experienced in Post-Tension (Bonded system), Bored Pile (Wet process), Retaining system for deep excavations (Sheet Pile) and Form-work system.
