ลักษณะงานที่ทำ
Sale with Right of Redemption (Kai-Faak) and Real Estate Mortgage
- Visit prospect client's property and analyze to make an initial evaluation of client's collateral in order to identify
- Prepare and analyze credit indicative terms and conditions for the client with assess of key risks and mitigations to ensure the assets quality and assess debts service capability.
- Conduct and Review contract and the relevant documents to ensure legal obligations.
- Coordinate with Department of Lands in each area for land and building mortgage.
- Follow up the law and coordinate with the lawyer in accordance with legal compliance.
- Ensure all the case to be accomplished in a timely manner.

- Create necessary document, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP, Work Instruction, Standard maintenance check sheet, Standard production process check sheet.
- Process capability and quality improvement.
- Resources management (Man, Machine, Method, Material).
- Processes and methods design, process capability improvement, ISO/TS 16949 (Automotive field).
- Trial new product and new production process.
- Training and coaching employee about Die Maintenance and Production.
