Support HR administration of employment contracts, staffs benefits and entitlements
Support to the Head of HR and Administration and HR Specialist on management, implementation, monitoring of various HR initiatives.
Work with Finance and Accounting team to ensure accurate benefits are timely received; be the point of contact for employee for any HR related matters
Collection, verification and follow-up on required documentation related to benefits, entitlements
Manage procurement activities and ensure enough supplies of office stationery and equipment
Overseeing office administration, facilities and vendor management that help the smooth running of the office
Liaise and followe up with external partners (Insurance, VISA agencies and accommodation services)
Support HR recruitment team for recruitment process, daily assignment, ad-hoc job
prepare and arrange an appointment including interview assessment
Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and maintain employee profiles, HR data and ensure the data update accurately
