JOB DESCRIPTION – CAD OPERATOR / FOREMAN / SAFETY & SECURITY

Responsibilities :
a) Prepare shop drawing detailed plan for building and foundation, construction and shop drawing structural steel & architecture
b) Ensure the drawing is in current revision.
c) Prepare as-built drawing and marked weld joint identification and spool number on the ISO metric drawing.
d) Check dimension and elevation on piping arrangement and prepare material take off.
e) Check schedule & manpower.
f) Identification of site work for sub-contractor.
g) Making check list & checking it on site.
h) Interpreting construction drawings.
i) Responsible for controlling labors works in excavation. Reinforcement formworks concrete planning and finishing.
j) Conduct safety programs, assists in surveying areas and activities to eliminate hazards, and assists in providing safety, staff, and supervision during hazardous operation.
